Measured it this morning with the truck pointed the opposite direction. Still 3/4 inch difference on the same sides. I'll try again on another flat surface, but I would expect whatever lean there is from my driveway would have been leveled out or reversed when parking the opposite way.

I've made a few additions to the truck over the past few weeks.

First, I installed my ARB twin compressor into a Harbor Freight case that is much like a Pelican case. After install though, it won't turn on. I wrapped up my initial effort Sunday evening and won't be able to tackle figuring out the issue until this weekend. Power is making it from the battery to the end of the harness, so that is setup alright. It seems I either have an issue with how I connected the switch into the whole thing or an issue with the compressor. I'm guessing it's something I did wrong with the switch or the switch is bad. I'll get there. In the meantime, here's a photo of what it will look like.

Second, I installed the Carhartt Seat Covers for the back bench. I ordered some for the front seats too, but they don't fit. I think this is largely because the 75th Anniversary has the seats from the Longhorn edition. I ordered the Power Wagon versions and despite saying they fit bucket seats, they don't seem to fit mine. The ones that fit the Longhorn are a different part number. I hate covering the nice leather, rather than enjoying it, but my wife puts plenty of sunscreen on herself and kiddo, which rubs off on the seats. I do like these and they seem quite durable.

Next up, I added a Bedrug mat to the tailgate. Works out as a great diaper changing station and eliminates the hard ridges on the tailgate.

I didn't like the ability to easily see in the Softopper and while I lose visibility out the back window, I replaced the plastic window with a solid canvas panel. I like the ability to keep things hidden, but honestly, the buttons unsnap quite easily, so anyone who really wants to get in can do so quickly. I also find myself rolling up the back window more readily, because I'm not thinking about scratching the plastic window.

I installed a ProClip mount to the dash to hold up my phone. We have one of those magnet ones that goes in the vent for my wife's car, but I don't like that it blocks the vent and I get hot easily. Plus, Colorado is pretty sunny, so on hot days the A/C has to work. The clip puts the phone nicely in reach. I've found that Gaia GPS doesn't work as well as I'd like on Apple CarPlay, so being able to have it up on the phone is nice. That being said, I have an iPad mini I might use in the future for the benefit of the larger screen. It can pull a GPS signal from our Garmin InReach Mini.

On an unrelated note, I find it pretty disappointing that CarPlay or Android Auto can't take advantage of that massive screen. Would be a game changer and eliminate the need for the tablet then. EDIT: They only work on the upper half of the screen instead of being able to use the whole thing.

I just sold my softopper I also had the solid rear panel but just did not like the lack of security.

CarPlay and Android don't work with the Ram's?

Agreed. Mine will be for sale come December/January once the Super Pacific is installed. In the meantime, it helps to keep things dry on trips and running around town. Just have to empty it in the evening or move things into the drawers. @jadmt

I found a great deal on a gfc so went that way works great. Surprisingly has not affected mpg. I just drove 1000 miles yesterday and drove interstate speed limits and still around 15mpg. Now I'm Minnesota where speeds are slower probably get better yet

That’s awesome. Great setup. I just sold my deposit on a GFC a few weeks ago when my build slot came up (for a bit more than I put down back in February). We were originally going that direction, but then realized we would have to move the bed panels in and out to get below, which is where kiddo will sleep. My wife is a light sleeper and she started getting concerned about the noise and access to him. With the SP, there is some extra length that allows for leaving the panels out and still having length for the bed. They’re both awesome campers.

So instead of September install, now looking at Dec/Jan.

Need to look into an awning like you have.

Why is that? Is the engine offset?

Lots of speculation on that one. The simplest explanation seems to be the most likely - the fuel tank is offset to the driver's side and the driver's seat is always loaded. Couple those two factors with whatever else is biased to that side in the truck (battery, etc.) and the left side springs sag a little more than the right.
