This unique trailer was built out to be a cozy, super insulated, cold weather all season habitat for camping in the mountains. I've camped in it up at Mt Baker a handful of times with temperatures in the teens and it is a very comfortable refuge.
Design details:
No part of this structure's framing is wood that will eventually rot out or delaminate when exposed to moisture like traditional RV's.
Very light weight at around 2300lbs and easy to tow with a 1/2ton vehicle.
2.5" foam board insulation in ceiling R12.5. 1.5" foam board in floor and walls R7.5.

The futon in the picture is shown for size reference and not included. I had it set up with the futon, coffee table, lounge chairs and other tables for gear. Plenty of space to spread out and entertain guests or family.
This has been a fun project and is now ready for someone to add on or use as is.
