2022 RAM 5500 Composite "Super Camper"

Thanks mk216v.
It's been 13 months since I went down the tire worm hole and the X Force wasn't part of my previous learning curve so I'm going to have to come up to speed on that.
The Purcell tire recommendation is incredibly helpful as I'm currently parked about 20 miles from one of their Montana shops.

PS; animaloverland on IG has a recent video of them installing new tires on their Hutchinson's, by themselves, in the jungles and rain of South America. Pretty interesting to watch. Took them 2days IIRC.

That is why Kool Kodiaks use 22.5s ;) ( not meant to start a 20 vs. 22.5 debate, just harassing @mk216v )

Happy to help Mike. Let us know how Purcell goes.

SORRY, Life got in the way for awhile. I had to have urgent back surgery right after mounting and getting the wheels balanced.
When they tell you, "paralyzed from the waist down" if you wait you kind of take it serious. I will be out of the tire moving business for the next 3 months. Had the surgery mid November.

A local tire shop did the balancing and I did the tire mounting, was EASY, at my shop. I mounted the front tires and all went well, then went to do the rears...WELL Hutchinson's with RAM adapter plates track 3/4" wider per side than stock or single piece wheels. WOULD NOT fit my subframe width. NO ONE mentioned the difference, and I never asked. You know what assuming does!
Called Mike at ADV Mobil and Justin Wehring (GREAT GUY). Found out I can run the RAM adapter plates on the outside of the assembly, approved by Hutchinson, so the tires clear the subframe. THAT took some time.

Justin also suggested running the FORD narrower adapter plates, which will make tire rotation a lot easier because all of the wheel assemblies will be the same. WAITING on a cost estimate for those parts. Mike at ADV has been very helpful and sold me the wheels at a very fair price, FYI. I have a test 5 mile run on the tires only. Like I said above down for 3 more months, bone growth.
