Hahahahahahaha

It was 10c (50f) yesterday, and supposed to be 12c (55f) today, so I spent the afternoon detailing the new truck,

Woke up to 3" of fresh snow.

Yep. It'll be wet and slushy around here for a week or so. Nothing is staying clean for long around here.

Fair enough, I drove by my parents house to show them the new truck and my dad said the same thing. It's a "kid" thing he says. Lol.
Not a huge fan of chrome wheels either. Right now I'm thinking stone grey or guard with bronze wheels might look sharp... :unsure:

I think this is the worst possible combo for speed, but man this thing moves. Even at 4000 ft of elevation, on 87 octane (de-rates), levelled 2.25", and with 10 ply tires. Oh and of course the Platinum is the heaviest configuration. Even still, look at this. Video made with CGI of course, in case there are any lawmen watching. I tried to do a boosted launch which is why the RPM is at ~2500 before the speedo moves, but it wouldn't build any boost until I let off the brake. I guess to protect axles and such, but ya.

I think on a stock truck, at sea level, with 91 octane it would not be tough to get a ~4.8 0-60. (60mph = 96kmh)

Turn off the traction control...then hold the button down for another 10 seconds to turn off the Advance Trac. Then you can launch pretty hard.... Or lay a city block worth of rubber...haha.

The computer isn't allowing it to build boost by brake boosting, so I virtually guarantee it won't spin all 4.

I'm telling ya... Turn off the traction control and then hold the button for 10 seconds.... It will turn all of it off. You should be able to launch pretty hard in 4hi and smoke your tires like crazy in 2wd.

Oh no no I was talking about spinning all 4, like a 4hi launch

Even stock you should be able to spin all four with the traction control and advance trac turned off. Once you deactivate the traction control and advance trac, its game on once you hit happy peddle.

Sometimes you have to time it just right; releasing your break peddle quickly while pressing the gas. It took me a few tries to get mine right.

Finally getting into good riding again which is awesome! It's fascinating, we can go from riding in a desert, to feet of snow and pine trees in a half hour. Also, truck needs airbags. With the 2.25" level and the big quad in the back it doesn't squat badly, but it does a bit too much for my taste. Especially with a quad in the bed and a side by side on a trailer behind.

Oh and finally, take a look at the back tire, see the shadow? So steep it's teetering on three wheels. 2-3" of air under the tire. Had to get off and walk next to the machine as it got steep enough I was fairly sure it was going to roll forward on itself and cartwheel 1000ft off the cliff. Sketchy. Sketchy AF! I got stuck in a bowl though, I couldn't climb back up (not the hill pictured, the one behind it that formed the other edge of the "bowl" as I had dropped down a shear rock face (didn't mean to, was going to fast to stop before I realized how steep it was) that I had no way to get back up, so I had to ride down the other side, which is below;
