No doubt it's for the rear, but it seems to be for the 2500 and not the 3500.

Let me make this more plain. It's for YOUR rear axle, direct bolt in. The SRW 2500 and 3500 trucks have the EXACT same housing minus the control arm/leaf spring mounts. The 3500 DRW has the 12" ring gear, but the locker can also be used in a DRW truck if you use the 11.5 bearings and 11.5 ring gear. Buy it, or don't. You asked a question, I put the answer on your plate.
