$299 scratch and dent fridges on ebay

I called, and the guy gave me a line that they had to test the fridge to make sure it works, and that they will be shipping it out today. We'll see.

yep, I've heard that too....shouldn't they be testing the fridges BEFORE they place them on ebay? I think we are starting to see the reasons that they have less than desireable feedback.....

Can you imagine what things will be like if we have a problem with the fridge once they arrive?

I'm assuming/hoping that they handle any problems the same way they have everybody else, which is to say: Well.

But yeah, the ebay listing did say "Tested", not "Will be tested". Although, they did say that the shipping will be 5-7 days after the order which... they have not yet violated.

Well, it's up to you. There's no reason to believe yet things won't work out, other than slow shipping, which was stated in the ad... It's the same fridge and the same company as all the other satisfied people here.

I just called them and they had a hard time finding my order,they are suppose to call me back. I ordered mine on the 6/29, Bikeman may have a good point I hope not.

Several days after giving me a tracking number, it finally shows up as shipped in the FedEx system. Delivery slated for July 12.

guys, things may have changed from when i got my open box unit, but if i remember right it took about a week for the charge to show on my acct.
it seems like it was about 2 weeks till it was at my house, well worth the wait IMOP.

whew....just got my shipping confirmation from the company. Now let's hope they actually put it on the Fed Ex truck... i've expended way too much energy on this one......i need a nap.

got my shipping confirmation after emailing this morning, shows in transit with scheduled delivery on friday, just in time for the weekend.

I got my order confirmation Tuesday, and shipping confirmation on Wednesday with a delivery date of Friday (tomorrow). Everything is on track just fine with my order, so far.

Wow, looks like I got the shaft. They said that my fridge failed testing, so they can't ship it out. Order will be cancelled. So that's it, I'm outta luck. I'm really pretty dissappointed in how they managed this whole thing. You'd think they'd been tested before putting them up on Ebay.

That's a load of...bologna...I'm sure they simply took more orders than they could fill. Absolute bummer. But what can you do? Good luck too you in your search!

That is terrible! It's rare that you find major dealers with less than 99% positive feedback....they are close to 98%. Don't forget to leave your negative feedback.

I'm almost a bit envious of your situation....I'm having buyers remorse at the moment....I almost wish it was me that received that message.

you may want to give them a link to this topic to allow them to see how things work when customer service goes bad....think of the hundreds (maybe thousands) of people that have read this string of negative responses....sometimes i think that companies forget how important taking care of the customer is.
