I use it probably two times a month and love it, it sure is a lot better then sleeping in the trailer. I did make a small shelf or bracket to put a small window AC unit thru the Front window. I’ve bent up a piece of small aluminum flashing so the water will drip between the bed and the cab. It cools ok But don’t feel that the air-conditioner is cooling as much as it should because it’s so close to the rear window on the truck.
I will look at mounting the air-conditioner differently this winter when I don’t use it so often but the camper is yet to come off my truck since I put it on
