4x4 Class C motorhome $26,000

We are selling this rig. Previously had to take it down. It has some more miles on it and my mother-in-law lived in it for 6 months in a campground. Needs some cosmetics but still runs great. We took it over 1000 miles at the beginning of 2022. We had it completely checked by a mechanic and all is perfect. Runs great!!!

Rare Find! 4x4 lifted 2000 class C E-350 motorhome Itasca/Winnebago Spirit 24ft RV
The rig was lifted 6” and a Dana 60 front axle with Warn manual hubs and an Eaton E-Locker installed in 2017 along with custom leaf springs. Also, bigger front drums and brakes along with Bilstein shocks. All done by Advanced 4x4 out of Salt Lake City Utah.
Engine: Ford V10. 109,194 miles. New coils and plugs, belts and vacuum hoses. It comes with 5 Star Tuning performance upgrade and window mount OBD II. K&N lifetime air filter. Only Mobile 1 synthetic with Fram filters for oil changes.
Roof: Resealed in 2017 NO LEAKS. It had leaks before we bought it but those were repaired and a new roof was put on and we resealed it too.
Front bumper was replaced with a solid steel custom bumper with 2” receiver hitch.
It has a front steer stabilizer and I put a heavy duty Hellwig sway bar on the rear.
Rear springs upgraded from 7 leaf to 9 leaf
4 almost new and 2 new (front) Yokohama Geolander All-Terrain tires
600 Watts of solar with 4 series 24 (1 year old) Trojan deep cell batteries. Magnum 2000W pure sine wave inverter and MPPT charge controller. Amazing system!!!!!
In addition to the solar is a low hour built in Onan 4000kw generator.
2 Max Air 10 speed reversible rooftop fans.
Coleman Air conditioner (super cold.)
Propane furnace, hot water heater and 3 burner stove. 20 LP tank. Gas/AC refrigerator and freezer 37 gal. fresh water. 20 gallon black water and 37 gallon grey water tanks. Full shower and toilet in bathroom. Separate vanity sink and mirror/medicine cabinet. 30 amp electric hook up.
Custom made rear double hitch, 2 level, storage unit with 2 truck toolboxes.
New LED lights throughout the interior. Light are by Cabin Bright and have a lifetime replacement guarantee.
Top mattress is 8” memory foam and 1 year old. The back mattress is 2 years old and 10” memory foam.
We removed the dinette and put in a 12 raised floor with lifting lids for extra storage.
Windows have perforated white vinyl installed. It greatly reduces the heat and lets you see out during the day with privacy and plenty of natual light.
Just installed new laminate floors and new paint throughout.

We have never been stuck in this rig!!!! We’ve had to lock the front axle and crawl off the beach before and definitely used the 4x4 in snow and mud, but she has never let us down. She’s been from the top of Maine to the Mexican border and from the Olympic Peninsula in Washington to the Florida Keys.

Our reason for selling…..Life changes….We full-timed in this rig for 2 years and now we have made some changes and full-time in a Class A diesel pusher. There is nothing wrong with this rig! Just after 2 years and job changes, we needed more room and a tow vehicle. No mechanical issues and we wouldn’t hesitate to take her anywhere. She is ready for a new adventure!
Rig is now in central Florida.
Known issues: None but does have delamination in a couple of spots from last owners but no leaks.

9-10 mpg. Less if you push it hard. She will run 75 on interstate, no problem but that drops it to 7ish.

That’s Great! Thx for clarifying. PM’s are great ways to take more private conversations and negotiations offline...and we don’t seem to use them enough for this.

So just thinking ahead, with general for sale vehicle questions....a preferred or typical practice here would be that you could still post up that same info for others here, who see an inquiry and might also have the same question. It’s a pretty simple concept, and it helps threads stay more efficient, by taking away the need, for example in a case like this, for several other curious members to serially post their own versions of “what kinda mileage you getting?”
