5 lb propane tanks

quick question?? where are you guy's getting your 5 lb propane tanks and mounting bracket's?? I would like to find the bracket's you are hanging on the side of your trailers

I do have one other question ... can I use the 5lb tank to run my coleman stove?? are you guy's doing it? and what do I need to make that work?? not sure with out digging it out what model it is .. older .. but I use the small green tanks on it now ... the plan is to get away from throwing those out and just refill what I have...

If you can weld or know someone who can do a little metal work it's a lot cheaper than buying one. This one was built from left over pieces from the trailer build. Total cost less than $10.

Go to a fire extinguisher supply company.. I got mine from there - just bring your tank. The company I went to had a dozen or so different mounting brackets, so I tested them out and went with the one I liked best. The best part is that they were a fraction of the cost of the propane tank mounts I found online but more than substantial enough to hold my tanks (they've held up well on my journey through mexico and Central America to date). I'm using them for 11 lb tanks but would imagine they would have brackets that would fit a 5 lb tank...
