The old girl got a coat of primer, starting to look something like a finished truck now.

Thanks guys, it is certainly coming along!
Tonight we did a trial fit of the rear bar before it goes off to the powdercoaters in the morning.

She is finally painted!
Also the radiator and intercooler are in and the overhead console is built. Not far to go now. Excited is an understatement!

No plan to fit a/c. It had a big old roof mounted system when i bought it but I pulled it out. The two old flaps of the front of defenders seed to do a pretty good job.
If i ever feel the need to fit ac again i will go for a roof mounted unit in place of the camec 4-seasons hatch installed at the moment.

I am hoping to start her up for the first time this weekend, going to be a scary moment turning that key for the 1st time.

If you do go a/c I fitted one of these to my 110csw when I was in Australia , works fantastic even in 46c you dont need it on full , and with a donaldson on the fresh air intake you can pressurise the interior to keep the dust out JMHO

Holy crap this thing is looking amazing now. LOVE that colour choice too. Tires on there make a big difference.
