Thank you! The straps behind the TV are redundant safety straps for the battery bank.
The noise level at highway speeds is acceptable. We installed Dynamat, foam and carpet, prior to that it was loud as hell. We listen to books, music and talk to each other without headphones while on the road, so we find it acceptable.
