Just do a search for campers and over the road trucks, you will find it. There are a lot of companies that build them.

Perhaps most notably Hualmark makes very nice ones, and they are not a 'one off' company so you know you have a tried and true set up when you pick one up. (no offense to the guy selling this thing or anything)

Anyhow, there are a lot of different companies out there that build them.

I have personally seen them as low as 50K for a NEW coach to be added to your truck. You can get a REALLY nice truck from Volvo for about 80K, so that is for a brand new set up.

I have also seen them sold used for as low as 10K.

A toterhome implies that the vehicle can carry something - a combination motorhome with the capacity for a fifth wheel trailer. Although you could carry a sizable toy on the rear platform this doesn't quite fit into that category.
