Alrighty then.
After a grand misfire and a great weekend, I stayed away from that damn IH. We were in time-out, needing our space.
Around the middle of June, I got the push I needed to solve this fuel problem in the form of a crawfish boil at my BIL’s mountain retreat in Rollinsville, near the divide.
Thinking this problem might be with fuel flow rate, I swapped out the (not so) old 30 gph pump-
For a new 55 gph one.
I packed some clothes & some beer, and set sail for the mountains, fingers crossed.
First camp spot:
It was kind of a nightmare because I had to dig some pretty good holes in the driveway to get it near level, and I didn’t sleep real well worrying I was going to roll back down the driveway into the neighbor’s living room.
Still, it was a win because I got there & back with no fuel-related issues at all.
