So,
I came across this, and I have not had a chance to go look at it yet, but I am very tempted.....

from those in the know, what should I look for? it does not run, but IF the truck is clean, I was thinking this would make a good diesel conversion....

hell ya if its clean and fairly rust free its easily worth that! Offer him $300 and use the $200 for towing it home. its worth more for the parts in it than what you would pay. Up here a $500 cruiser doesn't have a frame or a body. its basically a pile of rust with axles under it!
