Well, I had planned for this truck to be around for a while, but my buudy Dendy found me a slightly nicer D-I and with a 5 speed, so offering this one for sale. All new window regulators, and door lock actuators, epoxy no sag headliner, basicly rust free SE7, leather front and second row seats replaced with a set of cloth (wear like iron)manual seats from a '97 XD, F&R ice cold a/c, +2" OME spring and shock, recent brakes, new Wolfs w/ new BFG 235/85 KM1s, SD roof rack, recent service, and recent 40k motor from a '97 D-90. Truck runs great and starts on Ebay this evening, item # 140467194004 . Asking $7500 as she sits. Sounds a bit high, but please check the cost of items done, much less finding a rust free truck, then add the kit and it will cost at least double that- trust me I know. I also have tons of additional items if desired like skids, diff guards, gears, lockers, etc at extra cost of course. Thanks for looking.

bump for dale. This truck was out of my budget, but Dale was extremely nice to deal with, and this looks like a sweet truck.

Dale-sent you a PM.

Matt: You need this truck. Tuck the series away for sunny day drives (leave the top off in the garage).
This is a killer expedition truck!! And the engine in this is as strong as you can get!

Dendy

ps: Dale's has a DI (white/tan), I have a DI (white/tan), Scott Brady has a DI (white/tan) ... come on ... join the club!!

Your going to get me in trouble Dendy! I'd love to have both and I would need both as one would probably become my home!:snorkel: The IIa is running so well it would be heartbreaking but having my family with me and my wife actually wanting to be there would make it worth it. If only I had an old barn (to store them) and the $$.... is it bad to hope an ebay auction goes badly????::ylsmoke:

Seriously, ... the engine in this truck came out of Chris Robinson's truck (Dieselandmud) and the ONLY reason he sold the engine to Dale is because he has put a 300Tdi in his white/tan DI. This is one of the best sorted motors out there!!

Matt, you can simply sell another Dental Office install and cover this purchase! :)

You would be extremely pleased with a DI. It seems funny, I went from a D90, to a NAS D110, to a DI. They are so nible on and off road. Perfect size for the family ... not too big and not to small.

You interested in a sweet 64 IIa?? Yeah I know Dale did a bang up job on this one and it would be great to get us all out there.
