I have a two inch puck lift (which was good, because a lot of my rubber was bad) and OME shocks and coils. I believe my tbars are OME as well but I'd have to check.

PicknPull Run. Found a 99 Rodeo 5spd and pulled some goodies.
A sweet black shifter booty. I am not a fan of the grey. It does have a crack. But what booty doesn't?
Since it was a 99 and a 5spd, I figured I might as well grab the Fuel PCM. Hoping its flashed and hoping it solves my gauge read problem. According to this thread, I think its good to go.
There is TSB for the 1998 UE Rodeo. TSB SB98-02-L002. Your shop should be able to look up this TSB. There should also be little white Isuzu sticker(s) in the door jam or under the hood, or both. The sticker should have “9804L2” written on it. The sticker will say Isuzu TSB…A shop with the proper scan-tool can check the ECM to see if updated programming matches:

And last but not least! These bitchen speaker pods that were in the back of a 95 Honda Passport. I am totally going to mount them in the rear of the hardtop....somehow. After searching a bit, I found THIS. So apparently people are doing it.
These are all fluff projects until the real parts arrive.

I never knew that speaker pod was a thing, even on Passports! Very cool!
I was thinking a speaker bar/sound bar like on Jeeps. They have them for side by sides and Samurais, so when the time comes I'll have to see what's close and go with that. However, this is a cool new direction!

Some real parts arrived today. Figure when the lift comes I might as well replace all the steering bits while I am under there.
The hood had some blemishes. Slight clearcoat fade, chips and scratches. I couldn't find a hood blackout specifically for the Rodeo/Amigo. But I was able to have a good long stare at my buddies RAM 2500 and concluded that the hoods have similar geometry. I ordered this kit off amazon. If fit perfectly. Install was simple, just like any other vinyl product. Even though I took my time and got everything plenty wet, I still managed to end with a wrinkle. Small. The result is still better then a faded and scratched hood. I like it.

I drove in the dark for the first time in this vehicle this morning. And yes. These headlamps are garbage. It has to be addressed.

I can share more details about the swap later. Some of the info you can find online is incorrect, so right now (I have the wrong harness, for instance) I only have high beams. New harness on the way.

you'll have to share more. I have these hubs in my garage, ready to dive in. I bought used ones, though, so they might need to be rebuilt, which I know nothing about.

I went in expecting a more complicated auto-locking hub. It turned out to be just a flange and a c-clip. Install was very straightforward. I wish I had new clips though. The stock clips were pretty tired. Honestly, the most frustrating/time consuming part was removing the wheel to remove the wheel cap. As far as a rebuild goes, the mechanism seems fairly simple; just a lot of small, thin and losable parts.
And. I guess this means I have a LSD. Hard to read, but it is! So that's cool.
