Anyone have any experience with Camburg coil overs on a 4 Runner? I found these on Wheeler's Offroad website for $875.00 and the ICONS for $1050.00

And yes I am still considering the OME and Sonoran Steel options.

As far as I Know they are likely all built somewhere similar (Fox, Race Runner, etc.) and the actual coil over types should all be rebuild-able (though the vehicle will be down for a longer period of time due to turnaround). All if not most of the high end shocks are rebuild-able and typically nitrogen charge if memory serves me.

They're made by Sway-A-Way. I realize it's not a 4Runner, but Streakerfreak has a set on his Tacoma and seems to love them.

As does Baja Taco and a few others, then there are some with long travel kits and those typically end up with FOX. Hey if money is no object (when is it ever?) look at Total Chaos for the heck of it.

Yes, but Streakerfreak has the Camburg set specifically. I'm not sure if there are any variances between these and the standard SAW.

So I decided to get this lift combination after spending the weekend doing more research - I just need to figure out which model Bilstein shocks to get:

Sway A Way 2.5 Coilovers
Toytec DIff Drop
Toytec Bilstein Shocks - Rear - 2
Toytec OME 890 Coils - Rear
Toytec Rear Brake Line
Toytec DOM Control Arms
Toytec Panhard Drop Kit

Unfortunately I was rear ended on the way to work today and the hatch , rear bumper and the front bumper on the 4Runner will need to be replaced - so it appears I will have more time to think this thru - as allways any comments or advice is welcome.

Thanks

Well if you are replacing the front and rear bumpers you should definitely consider taking the money it would cost to buy the new factory bumpers and put it towards an aftermarket bumper that will offer more protection, strength and utlility. Remember, if you go this route the added weight of a steel bumper should be taken into account when choosing your suspension.
