'99 E250 Advanced/Pathfinder Conversion?

I've found a very clean '99 Ford E250 351 V8 and Advanced 4x4 conversion. I'm thinking of biting the bullet on this and wanted some opinions on the Advanced 4x4 conversion. I know Quigleys are great but am not familiar with Advanced.
Feel free to offer other thoughts on the van/engine/tranny.
FWIW, I regularly tow my 14ft NRS raft. With the raft fully loaded and the trailer it ends up being about 2500lbs.

When I was looking at vans, every single person told me to find one with the 7.3L powerstroke, and I will tell you the same. I don't think I will every buy another van or truck thats not a diesel. Great power, great mileage, def worth it.
