Hey Arz

I found a set of springs from an older E350 and drug them home I did not have a tape at the junk yard so I do not know the height with the vehicle weight on them but it is my best guestimate that it will be about 3 inches of lift over the factory springs. So yes this means new shocks front and rear when you lift it to match. The springs need to be and E350 80 style van e250 may work I am not sure but e150 will not work. These springs are stiffer than our stock springs so good shocks are a must. I am going to try these springs out and see how they do if they are to stiff I will be looking for a softer spring but I will try this first. My van 00 7.3psd to so it will have the same affect on yours.

That sounds good I still need to build my shackle flip kit. I was wanting to cut those stupid rear shock extenders off anyway and run a longer shock. Surly quigly could of come up with something better than that. They look like something I would of built when I was 15/16 and would do anything to jack my jeep to the sky and 40s on it.
Thanks for your help dansvan.
