A Snowy Christmas tree expedition

Though not much of an expedition, we had a blast taking the FJ up into the snow to get our yearly christmas tree. Our new puppy had a blast in the 2 fwwt of snow.

That looks like one of them manually operated chain saws you had there. I see you two in some of the pictures and the pup in others, so I am guessing that you got the young fellow trained to work a camera. That is pretty darn good, I haven't got my dogs to that stage yet. They keep eating the cameras. It is fun to be out in the snow, eh? Looks like you had a lot of fun.

I have a camp trailer too and I was wondering how it tracked in the snow? I have yet to take mine out in any kind of weather yet. To take it out in that kind of weather would mean I was planning on camping in that kind of weather and I'm not sure I want to do any more snow camping. I used to do that on XC skis but that was when I was young dumb and full of (well you know the rest). Kind of partial to warm feet and fingers now.
