Corbin, that is a bad MMM bumper! Much the same as I want to do on my truck, with the hitch as well. It looks like it is going to be extremely functional and great looking at the same time. Awesome welds and nice work!

Last Thursday I had got a shipment from Kennesaw Mountain Accesories! a winch bumper made for the dakota!! Travis (Safari Pacific) helped me with the install. We both liked that it was shipped with no mounting holes, those things never line up anyway! we lined it up and adjusted where I wanted it and marked the frame holes, drilled and bolted it on! It looks great! I can't wait to throw a winch in there! Along with the 35 inch tires that were just put on the Dak is starting to shape up to what I want!

Travis and I also put some more love into the rear bumper... the air tank part is sealed up and the side wings and hitch are on, just need to plumb in the compressor and weld the chain loops on. it is a total of 4.5 inches lower than my tailgate! and almost 10 inches higher that the frame mounted U-haul hitch. the side protectors will be added this week before Sedona Fest. I am still deciding what to do for spare tire storage... thinking maybe a smaller version of the 4 link system that was on that unimog deal at Overland Expo. That would really be nice to not have to lift a 35 inch tire 3 and half feet with one arm. It can be done! just don't want to do it... ever again! I mounted and balanced by myself! 5 times is enough for me!
