I have 2 nos. Accuride Heavy Duty Drawer slides with the crucial fastener hardware (Low profile screws) needed to make one sliding drawer. Good condition, 500 lbs capacity and 48 inches long. Unfortunately I do not have a picture. These are perfect for your bed slide or storage solution (currently serving as a Bed drawer solution for my Toyota Tacoma)
