Action Packer Source?

I see that Rubbermaid brand Action Packers seem to be by far the preferred storage bin source. Everywhere I look they are expensive. Is there some super-secret expedition outlet that has them more reasonably priced, or do you guys just spend hundreds on them?

REI carries the 24 gallon and the 8 gallon ones for $36 and $24 respectively. Those prices are about average for what I have seen them going for. Havent really seen them going for much cheaper than that.
