Adapters for N. American propane tanks

Greetings all,

Has anyone seen brass (or other materials) propane adapters to allow North American tanks to be filled around the globe?

I have big dreams for my organization and don’t fancy changing my stove, blaster, griddle set up & tanks every different region we take our programs to.
