Is it a weird compliment or a form of ongoing IP Theft?

This is my branded, protected, official ATC Recovery Bag design and Adventure Tool Company label that we made for this fledgling company. After they were bought out by a larger company they failed to pay us for the design which lead to some legal action.

ATC branded gear has a global following due to being made in Colorado, USA, extremely reliable and built for professional use. A valuable reputation in a global market.

It would seem they continue to get a benefit years later by promoting our design and label on their advertising.

It appears they own you money and acknowledgement of using your product. Are they still selling the bag or is the bag just in the pictures? Either way, they owe you money

The image contains an unauthorized/uncompensated image of my bag and logo.

They are still selling an unauthorized and uncompensated ATC designed/owned Recovery Bag and XL Recovery Bag.

People should know what they are buying and buy the original from ATC!
