Aftermarket/Third Party tarp/tent/awning poles

I bought two Kelly adjustable tarp poles (link hopefully working below) several years ago. They are tough. Aluminum tubing, old style spring loaded pin into hole adjustment, no plastic parts.

Another vote for the green elephant poles. I think I paid about $50 for each pair. I like the tips designed to go through the grommets in those cheap blue tarps but you can also use the rubber ball tip to support the center of a tarp without a grommet. Easy to adjust and seem pretty sturdy.

I have the Green Elephant poles. Haven’t used them much but they work fine and seem decent quality.
