Here's the Magnum 1212, the two black SO cords are the 110v in/out. They go to a small panel that's behind the fridge slide, and also accessible from the flip up counter top over the fridge.
You can also see the Blue Sea battery switch on the battery box. I'm getting the DC shunt and class T fuse block today, for now it's protected by a 200amp terminal post fuse.

Here's the 110 panel, 20amp breaker on the shore power side, and 15amp going to the GFCI outlet for the ARB(the inverter has a bypass relay that feeds shore power straight thru) The GFCI will also daisy chain to the outlets in the upper section.
The Magnum remote showing that we are floating :), needs a good home once the cabinets are installed.
And yes it offends me that the wire turns 180 out of the box, there was not room to slide the box out more and I didn't have a bigger strain relief, sometimes you just go with what you have.

Decided to go with the Magnum battery monitor vice the Trimetric because it uses the Magnum remote for the display vice a second device. The kit I got included the same Deltec 500amp/50mv shunt that many use with the Trimetric, this is where most of the accuracy comes from anyway.

Here is how I did the sheet metal ends. I used my Harbor Freight 30" brake. The two end bends were done in reverse order from the sides. The first bend is the 3/4" wrap that ends up on the inside, this was done by bending around a spacer block the exact thickness of the panel.
Worked out great, I definitely got the $29 out of the brake.

Corner detail, will probably mess it up with a corner cap, but I don't want any leaks

I got the flip panels installed on some nice chrome plated brass butt hinges. I don't have the locking pins installed in this pic, so they are not quite vertical.

Got some windows in, pretty happy with the fit so far, had to trim one piece of inside trim with the miter saw-black anodized aluminum, cuts like butter with a carbide blade
Hard to get a good shot in the shop

Thanks Jeff, I think I pm you this am on WTW, before I saw your reply here. Pretty jammed up with work for the next month but can probably get better pics if I have them.

Wow! Thank you for sharing your craftsmanship on a classic Alaskan. Congratulations on remarkable results. Look forward to the continued build. Have an Alaskan in-build now in Washington State. I do not have your talent to go solo.
