Well I guess we know who their marketing demographic is. Campers for middle age+ men. See the world from the comfort of your drivers seat before you die. LOL

Not many young adults can swing $40-50k for the camper and probably more than that for the truck, so you probably are not too far off. Plenty of middle age men and women spend the day hiking and then like to climb into a comfortable bed in the evening, so the “from the comfort of your drivers seat “ might be a miss

Great video, with some stunning camping locations!

But what's most interesting to me, in my endless internal debate of truck vs. van, is the view while camping out the kitchen window and narrow door:

Yes. Was a mostly a jokey comment. I didn't watch the whole video but didn't see any hiking. Maybe was at the end. He he.

If you are half considering an Alaskan, it'd be well worth you while to check one out in person. They're a neat, compact, unique camper with a proven track record.

Those side windows are large (42, 46" ?) and give a great view. And the front dinette seats are famously comfy to enjoy the open feel of the interior camper space.

Bryan Wheat left Alaskan last year to start is own restoration company

That'll be a great resource for owners.
