Looks like toe was changed but not much else. Is it lifted and how does it drive?

Looks better than it was. Excessive toe will kill tires faster than too much camber. Yeah it's not all green, but I wouldn't be too worried about these numbers.

How much lift on the vehicle?

First time driving fzj80, cannot compare to other fzj80 , got new shock and all tie rods end, all stock, drives straight and tight but feels stiff and jittery
