Always on Mod?

SOAZ told me there was an "always on mod" that you could do to the 4Runners that have the factory rear 12v...I've searched and searched here, Yota Tech and a few other sites and can't seem to find it. Maybe I am wording it wrong. Is anyone familiar with this? I'd like to have that plug always operational for the fridge without needing to leave the key in the ACC position all the time.....help!

I know there's one for the Taco 12v cab outlets. Search TTORA for "always on 12v" or something and you should be able to find it.
