Keep it. My Medic Master / Freightliner medium ambulance has one 275 amp alternator. Compare the prices beteeen a new 100 amp alternator and a 275 amp unit, and you'll really love your two alternator system

I dumped it. I switch it to a standard ford unit.
The simple fact is while travailing I have to ask myself is, do i drive a MDT or a 1ton truck.
I can roll into any store and get one, NAPA, Advanced, AutoZone etc.
Granted it my not be a 300amp unit, but its a 120amp...
But I deleted half of the stuff, lights, gear, etc..
YMMV

You'll probably be OK -- the siren lives on a 20 amp fuse. The warning lights alternate on/off, so figure about 3-5 amps per light for half your lights -- with a typical KKK light setup, you'd have about 12 lights, so about 18-30 amps. The light bar would be at least 20 amps. The module lighting is about 6 lights x 30 watts = 180 watts = 15 amps. A suction machine is about 10 amps. Radios are another unknown, but not much is receive mode.

So, by removing all the ambulance stuff you removed close to 100 amps of load.
