Amsterdam-Tamanrasset Trip Report with new pics!

After a long drive down and a boat that was only 5 hrs late we made it to Algeria!
Hope to post some nice pics the coming weeks, but here's already one.....always nice to see a couple of good ol' toys in a row!

I'm an idiot HAHAHA I just realized I missed your answer about sleeping in your tent behind the truck. I like the "Van" conversion too. Plus if it get's you on the road cheaper, all the better eh. Again, that is one good looking 80-series.

Must have been a heck of a trip... Your truck looks like it got beat up so bad it turned flat black!:elkgrin:

No, my car's just fine :smiley_drive: All what happened this trip was a fuelhose that came loose, a hydraulic (powersteering)hose cracked and on the way back my foglight short-circuited so I had to replace a fuse...not bad for such an overlandtrip!
I'll be sleeping this weekend and next week the pics will show up............
