Another 4th gen question: Cargo compartment measurements?

Still doing research here...

Can someone with a 4th gen do me a favor? I'd like to know the length of the cargo compartment with the back seat in the 'stowed' position, from the tailgate to the back of the front seats.

Trying to figure out how practical it might be to sleep back there. I've actually slept in a Subaru Outback wagon before, by laying diagonally, but it wasn't much fun.

Any other measurements and/or pics of modifications to the 4th gen Runners would also be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

EDITED TO ADD: Here's a photo I pulled off of Edmunds. Not great but it shows a fairly flat load floor, although it does appear to slope upwards slightly towards the front. How flat is it in real life?

Can the bottom cushion on the back seat be removed to allow for a flatter load deck? I could do that on my Subaru by removing two bolts.

It does slope upwards a bit. Between the rear deck and the bottom-back of the front seats there is a wedge section to make the transition. You can see it where there are two cargo hooks in it.

For the rear seat's lower cushions it takes four bolts to take out the two pieces as it is a 60/40 split. I also do that as it lets me store a lot more in the floor area as well as give me more room to lean the front seats back. Where the bolts go I temporarily install stainless rock climbing hangars to give me tie down points for my HiLift or water containers. 10 Liter military style cans fit nicely.

Here is a spankin' new Engel to test the outlets.

adding an under hood cig lighter outlet. I found one at Wal Mart that seems at least fairly water resistant with a spring-loaded lid and a rubber gasket.

It will give me easy access for most accessories when I am outside the truck as well as a nice place to plug in my 55 watt solar panel for recharging.

I also installed two 30 Amp DC breakers to handle my two outlets that I installed in the cargo area.

Installed LEDs that pull only 2W for both as opposed to the 8 Watt bulbs
