That looks exactly like how they repair the roads here in Michigan, but, well, maybe they did a little nicer job there ;)

lol... They know how to really repair and build roads as well, but several different contractors and no real formal education in this field makes it a problem. More so, if there isn't any one to check up on things and regulate it.

But.... on with the flow:

A young girl making bread from Cassave flour.

I like to make artisan and homemade breads for our family (even some of the questionable flours like sorghum I think are better than what we can buy in the store). I've had cassava bread (along with surprisingly fantastic fufu), but I thought the flour was boiled? Did you get a chance to see the whole process (I assume she is "processing" it as to get rid of the cyanide)?

To detox the flour they grate the roots, let is soak for a while and then they put it in a long tube of braided leaves to dry it. I don't know if there are more steps to it. It also depends on which type of root you will use. There are 2 types which they commonly name "bitter" and "sweet", the latter contains less toxic levels.

You can do so many things with it... I especially like the roots cooked a little and then fried!

So: after a close inspection yesterday, I came to the conclusion that one shock absorber is leaking on the front left, and that the bumper stop on the same side is missing?!

Obtaining shock absorbers would pose no problem here in Suriname, but those bumper stops pose to be difficult.

I looked into my parts catalogue and see that they are the same for the whole line-up of 40 series. But that there is a difference in left and right? I always thought that they would be the same hight. What is the difference and where does what go, I am looking for specs as I will need to fabricate something here.

What are your thoughts?

What's the part# there? I do believe the rubber portion is either higher/lower depending on the side. How hard is it to have stuff shipped, they surely can't be that much $ from the States.
