Any Expo Broncos?

I would like to respectfully disagree

I don't know if I'll ever have what most would consider an "Expedition" Bronco but I'm definitely absorbing alot of info over here. I just bought a 4" lift from Rough Country that arrived yesterday. I'm hoping to get it all installed this weekend. I just got the blocks for the rear for now, but will eventually swap the rear leafs out as the surely need it. It's still running the stock springs from 1990.

Chilli-Take your bronco offroad, find a great spot to camp and enjoy it. THats what expo is all about. You need a fridge or a landy od sand ladders to be expo, expo is a state of mind. Just enjoy the ride my friend!

Do the guys at HeftyFabworks have any front/rear bumpers for 3rd Gen Dodge Ram's? I didn't see anything on the site, but I figure it never hurts to ask.

Deep pockets can cure that. You can pull 24" of travel out of properly built TTB.

I am curious about that black thing to the left of this F150, looks like hearse.

If I am remembering correctly that black thing is a hearse that Speed Unlimited built in a 4x4 challenge on a tv show I saw a while back. It was a challenge between two companies(not sure who the other was) to see who could build the best 4x4 hearse. But it was cool to see them race those things up a hill.

Not yet....but we own one so building one isn't hard to do....

Hey guys question. I am doing a SAS on my 96 Full Size Bronco. I want to use leaf springs. Can you incorporate the front mount into your bumper and would you need to completely cover the crumple zones to ensure strenght? THanks!

I'm planning an expedition build on an 86 Bronco. Just looking for some more ideas. Please post some pics of your Expo Bronc along with your ideas.

Here's mine.....It goes anywhere I want it to.....Cost a lot more than I'd like it too.....Breaks more than it should (but thats my fault) I carry a full set of replacement axle shafts and about all the tools, parts, and fluids I would need for most break downs. 10 extra gallons of fuel (total 43 gallons) A full size spare and tire plugs. Solid axle swap. front and rear lockers. Warn alloy shafts and CTM ujoints up front. Moser shafts out back. 38x14.5x15 TSL SX's. 9500lb Mile Marker winch. Full roll cage and Armor Package from....well Hefty Fabworks of course. On board CO2. Rock lights, steel/LED tail lights........and a lot more:coffeedrink:

I installed the lift and put on the new tires and wheels this weekend.

Other than the lift most of what I have done is just repair and rebuild type stuff. I'm about done with that though, and hope to get more accomplished.
