Any mechanics in Austin?

So I've been hitting problem after problem and i haven't even taken it off the fking highway yet. The latest thing is that it's pulling to the left and randomly when i go over a bump it started out as a noise like a plastic fender rubbing. It would stop every time i slowed down so i could never isolate it. Now it's developed into a vibration. That does the same thing, stops when i slow down or sometimes when I hit another bump. Everything seems tight. And now it's gotten to the point of where i can feel a little bit of grind in the wheel as i go.

Anyone know a good mechanic in Austin or Dallas, preferably Austin since I'm here. I'm starting to lose my patience and I'm tired of breaking out my tools on the side of the road.

Check Your tires. I ran over a small can and it stuck in my tire tread. Every time I got out to inspect the tire I found nothing. And then, after I parked, I saw the can stuck in my treads.

Sounds like the left brake caliper is seized or getting hung up. You may not have to replace the caliper if the caliper pins/slides have seized up. If it is the caliper pins, pop some new ones in and you should be good.

Also check the unit bearing. The spindle bearings at the back of them like to yard sale themselves.

I couldn't get any internet before I saw this. I had them replace the caliper. I'm going to stay in austin another night and head to dallas tomorrow. So I probably won't know if it was the caliper until I get on the highway and see if it happens again. Thanks for the input guys. It felt like a bearing issue, but when the tire was off it wouldn't spin too freely and you could kind of feel a little bit of a grind. So whether it was the caliper or not, at least that's one less thing I have to worry about.
