Any one know the story on this Jeep?

I saw this Jeep at Jeeptoberfest if FL today. It looked like it was set up pretty good. I was wondering if the logo looked familiar to any one. It was for sale, but the owner was not around. I was suspicious because there there wasn't a scratch any where on it. For a 2000 you would think it would have gotten some use. Thanks.

I just checked in with the organizer of that event and will let you know. The Florida Jeepers group has a ton of info from that event so as soon as I find something out, I'll let you know.

It looks like it was covered in Gorilla Glue and driven through a JCWhitney catalog. :)

The wheels looked like American Racing teflon Mojave, but I don'y know who did the beadlock on them.
I just got Mojave teflons, and I agree they look like the rims. American Racing offers sim beadlock rings for Mojave polished, and the wheels are drilled for the ring's bolts, but the bolts are exactly evenly spaced. Mojave teflon and chrome don't come pre-tapped. Mickey Thompson Classic Locks have rings, but their bolt pattern has distinctive gaps among otherwise evenly spaced holes.

These rings look just like ProComp Xtreme rings for their 1079/6079 alloy wheels, because of the syncopated bolt spacing and two sizes of holes, and the Jeep's owner had his Mojave's drilled and tapped to fit.

That's about the funniest one I've ever heard. I'll have to find just the right time to use it and claim credit for it!

I'm going to guess it's owned by a 4x4 supply shop owner--sort of a rolling catalog.

My neighbor's kid just got a jeep and a job...so I gave him my Quadratec catalog and am waiting for the chrome hinges & lighting to start appearing.

It looks like it's geared up for the rainforrest challenge races of yore. Deffinately a very south/central American looking rig. Say what you will, but I think it looks pretty good.

Trayecto

The "Trayecto" windshield decal means "journey" in Spanish. The English word "trajectory" has the same Latin root. From the fancy "T" logo, I'm guessing that there's a company named Trayecto in south Florida that upgrades Jeeps, or maybe leads tours. My google search came up empty, however.

I actually think that rig looks awsome. I have seen other rigs on this site that have way more gorrila glue/whitney gadgets on them. that jeep looks very functional. If I owned it I would add SCRATCHES
