You only need one blanking plate between the exhaust manifold and the crossover pipe.
The design is very simple and can be easily made with a grinder/linisher and a drill. I used 3mm stainless steel, but you could probably use mild steel, even though that may not last as well.
The dimensions have been given previously, so you just have to use those to make one yourself.
so pretty new to all this and my ecu is otw back from the tuner with an egr/ dpf delete. can i get away with just doing as you said and unplugging the egr valve? was thinking this would have to be a full delete but if leaving it on doesn’t cause problems i’d much prefer that option.
I did not say that...
What I said is that you can use a blanking plate between the exhaust manifold and the crossover pipe.
You use the blanking plate, along with some high temp RTV silicone, instead of the OEM gasket. Nothing else has to come off.
