Ed B...
Sadly, I have had to change my plans about being at Expo. I simply cannot be at Expo and be at a good friends retirement ceremony in Alabama in the required time frame. I apologize if this causes any problem. Mark from Schutt is an exceptional guy to deal with, I am certain you will enjoy speaking with him. Unlike most sales people, he does not have an agenda. He just tells it like it is, a great trait to have.

Thanks appreciate the update. Was glad to hear there is going to be a display as I wanted to get a closer look at one of these. If ok I may PM you after the Expo if I have additional questions regarding your experience to date regarding the trailer.

Schutt Industries will have a major XVENTURE display at Expo west. Additionally several other vendors should have XV units on display. Hope to see you b there.
Hey just saw a private transport flatbed with 5 or 6 trailers on it rolling through Missoula!! They looked really nice, any idea on if there headed to a dealer near by?

That probably was us. We received our latest shipment late that Friday. One is presold but the rest are available. Your info says West Linn, OR did you move recently? Our shop is only 20 min from West Linn.

Picked mine up a couple months ago from OK4WD as well. It was their demo model and I love it. IMG_0503.jpg

The only thing I am trying to figure out is the best way to haul my dirtbike in it. Tried my hitch hauler on the back but that was very sketchy so I have just been laying it on its side in the trailer bed. .

Here are some examples of how to do it. Hitch Rack is best if it designed to utilize the right and left most rear receivers.

Thanks for the pics. I have a mototote.com hitch hauler and when the bike rocked a bit it caused some trailer sway that got pretty pronounced on the highway. I wish I could find a hitch hauler that utilized the right and left rear most receivers.

Sway on an XVENTURE is very uncommon. If you are getting trailer sway you are way too tail heavy. I recommend you always travel with the water tanks full. Load the fridge up with some goodies and drinks and put a couple Jerry's up against the stowed galley table. If you are hauling a heavy hitch load, load the trailer forward of the axil. That should cure your sway. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for the recommendation and quick feedback. I will balance the trailer better next time and test it out. The KTM weighs about 240lbs so last time I had it on the hitch hauler the trailer was empty other than the fridge in front and bit of water in the tank.
