Thanks --- I'm just looking for a "Yeah it's clean" or a "Ehhhh, no." The Montero I'm looking at definitely seems to be in mechanical order, but I'm hoping to have a 3rd party set of eyes give me a Thumbs Up! before I pay for it.

No, its not. Look at the Carfax, its a Northeastern truck. It is rotten underneath from all the winter salt + sand mix.
