Last shots of the day.

The Old Man Emu suspension install has been completed. Currently the vehicle is sitting on the factory wheels and tires so we can move it in and out of the shop if needed. Once we start bolting on the accessories, the height will drop a bit.

I like this...it's like a regular build thread on crack...where $$$$, technical expertise, shop space, etc are all no issue...will this be completed by dinner time...I have to go then...

It's a fairly new tire to the market that we have never tested, so we decided to go with Rugged Terrains over the All-Terrains. Once we have a few thousand miles on the tires, we will let you know how we like them.

Would be curious to hear your opinion on the subject.

When does it get some armor and bars?

Great to see this build and get the new 4runner more on the map for the excellent expo platform that it is.

Could you tell me why you decided to build a limited instead of a trail edition (with kdss as an option and a standard e-locker)? I assume ARB air lockers will be going in. Also, will you be pulling out the xreas to install the ome setup?

I would enjoy stopping by around 10 am this morning on my way back to my main job site to check it out.

The bumper and rack are currently at the paint shop getting painted. Hopefully we can get them installed early next week.

No need for the trail edition when we are going to be installing our suspension and air lockers. Besides, once we are done with it, it will be an "ARB Trail Edition.":)

Not much going on today. We decided to mount the new tires to some older 4Runner 17" wheels we had lying around until the new wheels come in.

apart from the Trail's better departure angles, anyway. or should we take that statement to mean there'll be an ARB rear bumper, as well?

Just got back from ARB headquarters, the 4Runner is very nice.
First I have seen the 5th gen up close.
Also picked up a few ARB catalogs.

Like the new "will call" bell you ring to get someone's attention there :D
Lots of new faces there too.

I really like the Old Man Emu wrap job on the Jeep out in the parking lot, that looks very nice.
