ARB bumper install?

does someone have the install instructions they can scan and e-mail me for the ARB on an 02 taco? I have read several on-line (Scott's for example) but wanted to see the original too... I really need the list of bolts since my bumper was used...

I do not have one, but the guys at ARB USA are nice and I bet they would email you a PDF of them.

Thanks, I had called them last week when installing my OME lift and they said they had no PDFs at all.... they also said they don't send out install instructions with the lift kit... so I asked simple questions, like how much do I torque the greaseable shackle bolts or U bolts, I got, "till your elbow clicks twice" - so I thanked them for ALL their help and hung up... hopefully when I call today, they will be more helpful, but that is why I asked here first!

Yes Scott, I have read your install about 10 times! I called ARB and they e-mailed me the instructions, very nice! I must have just caught them on a bad day... Now I have a project this week-end!

You didn't catch them on a bad day, you asked them for something they truly don't have.

To summarize, they have install instructions for all of the bumpers, many (all) of which are available as a PDF and many dealers have these, for example I have them for all the Toyota products I sell.

However they do NOT have install instructions for OME suspension installs. However the shackles and greasable spring pins DO come with instructions that relate to the torque and assembly. If you still need that I would be glad to email or fax it over. My guess is they thought you were asking for a comprehensive install guide and they gave you an honest answer.

Keep in mind ARB/OME is not setup to provide direct customer sales/service. While their tech guys are extremely knowledgable, its my opinion that the retailers of their products should be able to answer any and all questions that might pop up regarding the installation or use.
