I just wanted to through out how great ARB USA's customer service is. I have had my 50 Qt Fridge Freezer for 3 years and about a month ago it stopped Cooling while plugged in to the wall chilling beer. I called ARB and we worked over the phone on it for a little over a week. After all the Troubleshooting they had me send it into the tech department. I got a call yesterday and since hey are having the same problem and can find no reason for the unit not to be working they are sending me a new unit. I was prepared to pay for repair's to the unit. It's always nice to have a company live up to there reputation and exceed my expectations on service.

ARB Awesome Customer Service

I have had the opportunity recently as well to deal with the customer service at ARB. I couldn't find the Fog Light Inserts for Bumper and the newer style didn't fit. After a few weeks, they finally found some in AUS. Not only did they ship them out to me at no charge. I also received in the box the mounting brackets as well. I couldn't believe it. They truly do stand up to their Customer Comes First philosophy. Glad to hear you got a new fridge.

I too have had excellent customer service from ARB. After being installed for 3 or 4 years I had a locker quit locking as it turned out the moving locking collar (don't remember the actual part name) had rounded off teeth because it never was engaging deeply enough. ARB sent out the new part + all new seals and bearings...enough to completely rebuild the locker.
Excellent service from ARB no doubt.

One of those times where I can say I'm not surprised by these reports. ARB USA has always been responsive and supportive to their customers in my experience.

I had the exact same response from ARB as the original poster.... except my fridge turned everything into a solid block of ice. You would think this would be a simple thermometer issue, but no. A few weeks later a brand new upgraded 50qt showed up at my door, just in time for a major trip. Very happy with ARB.

there is a reason ARB products are just that little bit more usually. It pays to keep quality people around that give quality service.

I was really impressed when they told me what their products could not do and what happens when they are used off label. They are very honest about all their products.
