This looks like a good deal, I tried to send a PM, but it wouldn't work. Just wondering if it would be possible at all for you to ship it? I don't know if you would want to deal with that, or how much it would even cost. I am interested, but am way down in central Texas, so that would be a pretty good road trip in the winter for me. Try Uship for quotes. They will require you to put in the dimensions and the approximate weight (as I recall it's around 135lbs) but I've had great success with using them, and the annex can be stuffed into the tent itself and then closed up and secured with straps and shipped right on a truck without wrapping it up.
