Looking for a spare wheel for our 07 Fuso FG (6 lug). Are the Isuzu 6 lugs interchangeable? The bolt pattern seems to match from what info I’ve gathered but want to confirm they’re identical in all aspects

The PCD of the holes is the same, but if you are looking at using singles, the offsets are different.
So no, they are not what I would consider interchangeable.

The backspacing/offset differences are what I was looking for thanks. Was hoping they were an exact match in all aspects.

As mentioned already, the offsets are different between the Isuzu and the Fuso, so super singles need to be for the specific make if you want the track to be the same on the front and rear.

If you are unfamiliar with these super singles...
The same rim is used for both front and rear. The front in mounted on the deep side of the rim and the rear is mounted on the shallow side of the rim.
The rim offset is what allows for the track to be the same front and rear.
