Lucky j.. I was subscribed to that thread via another forum.. and the creators of that rack did not mention if it could have a "load" of sorts and still function in the same manor.. I doubt it.. As the video will show.. the racks intended purpose was to allow one access to the soft top. Because most rack systems today are mounted or for the hard tops..
