Antelope Canyon

For those that haven't had the chance to walk through a slot canyon here are a few shots from a highly accessible and photographed one just outside of Page Arizona near Lake Powell.

A wide wash dumps into this narrow slot when it floods. Not a place you want to be when storms are nearby.

Once inside you wander through the narrow passageways cut out of the sandstone by the water and take in all the beauty of the constantly changing light.

So if you are ever in the area, don't miss the opportunity to experience Antelope Canyon.

Old coal power plant smoke stack in Brewseter Florida. Built around 1908 and torn down in the 1960's, its 143' tall. In 2010 the down of Brewster has 3 residents...lol. Located south of SR 60 in Mulberry Florida, of of Old HW 37

Abandoned phosphate plant, Mulberry Fl, off of Prairie Mine Rd.

Thank ya, had it not been so late int he after noon I could have taken 100's of really awesome shots. I live old industrial sites...lol.

BOHCIA, we had considered hiking out there, but was unsure how long the hike was from the road. Just curious how long it took you. Amazing shot!
