Yes, you could spends years exploring the Western US and never see it all. Pretty awesome. At least come over here and rent something to get you out there. You would love it.

So I have been experimenting with cell cameras... :coffee: and no I am not even close to considering being rid of my DLSR's but I have found a new appriciation for "the camera thats on you". I took this with the new samsung galaxy 3 and ran it through some Nik Software. I kind of like it... as for the artistic side of things. I caught the composition through an electric fence being careful not to shock the heck out of myself on this soggy day.

Thanks Pat- we get colorful wildflowers in September - add some moody fog, and power lines get "naturally photoshopped" out. :)
Eagle was definitely a rare treat though.

That's a stellar shot no matter what camera you captured it on. Knowing you shot it with a Cell Phone makes it even better!!

I like it a lot- pleasing tones in the background.

Thanks guys. Like Joash, we have a lot of fog and low clouds here where I am working along the Mason Dixon Line. there are mornings on my way to work that it actually hurts to miss a shot of a mountain showing over the fog or the white tail deer I see every day...

Joash, some awesome shots there.
