This is a house we rented just outside Breckenridge, CO for Fall break last October. I've posted a bunch of landscape/nature/mild wheeling photos from that trip before but don't think I posted on of the house. I was reminiscing about that trip and realized most of the shots were posted in my 'friends and family' gallery, so decided to post something here.

We had beautiful Fall colors painting the hillside behind us for several days -- you can still see the splash of yellow behind the house here -- then had the pleasure of the area's first snow. This is around 10,200' altitude (Blue River, for those who know the area).

This is actually a DRI (dynamic range increase) image using a single RAW exposure processed 3 times then manually blended in PS CS3 for final exposure.

Okay, so maybe you shouldn't drink zinfandel in the morning. Scotch is much better in the AM. Also, maybe a better corkscrew should be in your future?
