Artistic Shots- Well thought out, framed (positioned), artistic shots only please.

A few from two recent weekend trips to central Washington. Stayed at Barker Canyon on Banks Lake a couple of nights.

Thanks all for the kind words and welcome. Here's one from a trip to the Tetons last year. There were just a few breaks in the clouds and I got some nice light on these mule's ears.

Excellent, Charlie, that's an awesome shot.

What sort of equipment are you using?

Thanks. That one was shot with a D700 and 17-35mm Nikkor. I've also got a D3s and 28-70mm, 70-200mm VRII, 105mm VR, 28-300mmVR, 80-400mm VR and 16mm fisheye lenses. The 28-70mm is probably my most used lens for landscapes.

Trevor, you came away with some great images- I so want to do a trip up to Canada- just to even see some of that breathtaking wilderness.
